About Programme

The program is a 4 (Four) Months residential class room training program conducted by ITM at their Centre, thereafter candidates will undergo internship/training of 6 (six) months at DHFL branches across India and 2 Months of Online Module and On the Job Training.

Eligibility:Age: 25 to 30 years
Education:Any Graduate (Except MBA & Engineer)
Experience:0 months to 2 years. Fresh graduates can also apply.

The selection will be through a various stages of selection process, which is aimed at selecting candidates who are most likely to succeed at various Branch banking roles offered by the DHFL. DHFL is looking for candidates with high integrity, who are dedicated towards work, with positive attitude and good communication skills.

Pre-joining Medical and Background Verification process

As a part of on boarding, the candidate will have to submit a “self declaration” medical fitness form. Upon being found medically fit, the candidates will be considered for employment in Industry Partners (ICICI Bank, DHFL, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, TATA Mutual Fund, Aadhar housing finance, Shriram Housing Finance, Hinduja Housing finance, etc).

The student's education qualifications and background will be verified by the Industry Partners through an external agency.

The details provided by the student at the time of selection need to be authentic which are subject to verification. Once the Agency confirms the authenticity of these details only then the candidate will be considered for employment in the Industry Partners.
